Cardiac Electrophysiology
This ACGME approved Cardiac Electrophysiology Fellowship Program accepts one fellow each academic year for an intensive two-year training program who has successfully completed ACGME approved internal medicine and cardiovascular disease fellowship programs. Graduates will develop expertise in arrhythmia evaluation and management, as well as device implantation and catheter ablation.

The one-year program trains fellows in diagnosis and management of right, left, and biventricular failure. In collaboration with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, fellows will also receive a four month cardiac transplant experience.

Each year Deborah accepts eight new fellows who join a 24-member fellows’ team. After the first year in the three year program, trainees can choose from two fellowship tracks, invasive or noninvasive. All fellows, regardless of their chosen career track, receive training in all facets of clinical cardiology.
