Deborah Heart and Lung Center respects the unique relationship between the patient and the referring physician. Therefore, every effort is made to include the referring physician in the plan of care for the patient. The referring physician is informed and consulted on every aspect of the patient’s treatment, and the Deborah physician is available to discuss the patient’s care and to answer questions from the referring physician.

Transfer From Another Hospital

Patients admitted to another hospital for an emergency can be transferred to Deborah by their attending physician. A call to the Physician Transfer Line at (877) 717-3452 will start the transfer process. Transfers can be made 24/7 and, many times, can be accommodated immediately. Deborah has a heliport on site to accommodate emergency transfers.

Important Information

There are no limitations of services with the exception of heart transplants. Deborah offers a complete range of heart, lung and vascular related tests and procedures. Services also include second opinions, appointments with specialists, and diagnostic tests.
