Services are provided by Ivy Rehab, the region’s most respected provider of physical therapy services. Ivy has a network of over 225 locations, and an exacting training program for each of its therapists to ensure the highest quality care to Deborah patients.

At the James Klinghoffer Center for Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Treatment, services are provided by SerenaGroup^®, a global health care company dedicated to the science of wound healing, advancing care with cutting-edge modalities and positive patient experiences. We’ve partnered with RepuGen, a leading independent patient satisfaction company to collect and calculate our survey data. They survey all patients who are seen in our outpatient clinic within 24 hours of their visit. Patients are asked to complete the survey and provide comments about the care they received, which we use to improve and enhance our care.

Patients are asked to rate their experience on a scale from 0 to 10, with 0 being poor and 10 being excellent. Our provider average is 9.6/10, which we have extrapolated to 4.8/5 on a typical 5-star rating system.

Dr. Charles Bailey, a pioneer in heart surgery, performed the first two open-heart surgeries in the state of New Jersey in 1958 here at Deborah. These surgeries were life-saving events for an adult and a child, and our commitment to innovation has not wavered since.
