Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, heat milk over low heat until just bubbling, stirring frequently. Do not boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla and salt, and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
