Dr. Ross is a cardiothoracic surgeon and is board-certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery and surgery. After medical school, he completed a residency in surgery at St. Luke’s – Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York. He also completed fellowship training in cardiothoracic surgery at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester in New York.

Dr. Ross’s special interests include left ventricular assist device (LVAD) procedures, adult cardiac surgery, including coronary artery surgery, off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) procedures, mitral valve repair and replacement and aortic dissections.  He had co-authored numerous articles in peer-reviewed publications.
