Zeeshan Khan, DO, of Princeton has been appointed as new Attending Pulmonologist and Medical Director of the Institute for Sleep Medicine at Deborah Heart and Lung Center in Browns Mills. Deborah is New Jersey’s only specialty heart, lung, and vascular Hospital, and Burlington County’s largest outpatient cardio-pulmonary practice location.

Dr. Khan joins Deborah from Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine Associates in Morrisville, PA. He also previously held leadership positions at St. Mary Medical Center, Brightwood Career Institute, and the Sleep Center of Bucks County.

A graduate of Villanova University, Dr. Khan received his Medical Degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Internship/Residency and his Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine Fellowships at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medicine School, and completed his Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Emory University.

Dr. Khan holds licensure in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine. He has also held numerous teaching positions, and has served on notable hospital committees. Dr. Khan’s research articles have been widely published in professional journals including Chest, Sleep, and the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, and he has presented at a variety of professional meetings and symposia.
