Everyone is invited to Deborah Heart and Lung Center, 200 Trenton Road, Browns Mills, NJ on Saturday, December 7, to share in an annual tradition of giving for the holidays. Visitors that day are asked to bring a new, unwrapped toy for donation.

On December 7, High Octane South Jersey will hold their Annual Santa Claus Rally at the Hospital. The car club will stage their classic and exotic cars at Deborah from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and will deliver their annual toy drive collection to the Hospital — for Deborah’s pediatric patients — as well as children served by Pemberton Township School District, the Pinelands Family Success Center, Browns Woods Apartments, Burlington County Community Action Program, and the Christian Caring Center.

Hampton Behavioral Health Center is donating additional toys, and volunteers from the Pemberton Rotary Club and OceanFirst Foundation are joining to help with toy sorting and distribution for the local children. Last year 1,200 pediatric patients at the Hospital and over 800 children were served through the Santa Claus Rally.

At the event on December 7, visitors – in addition to touring the exotic car collection – will be treated to caroling from members of the Pemberton Township High School choir, visits with Santa, enjoy light refreshments, and will know that their donation is serving a good cause.

High Octane High Octane South Jersey (HOSJ) is a community of over 1,700 members who have joined together in their love of cars. This common interest has spilled over into a vibrant community network of friends who are also committed to giving back to the community, including their yearly holiday toy drive.

“Our community of Saturday morning cars and coffee make for the ingredients in a strong brew of lasting friendships and giving back to our neighbors in need,” said HOSJ founder Chris Scafario, “and that includes Deborah. We wish that all children could have a wonderful Christmas holiday. It’s gratifying to be able to touch so many children’s lives.”
