Browns Mills, NJ — Deborah Heart and Lung Center performed its first commercial implant of the WiSE^® System, making it the first hospital in Southern New Jersey to offer this groundbreaking treatment for heart failure patients who were previously considered untreatable with traditional cardio-resynchronization devices.

The WiSE^® System by EBR is the first and only leadless (wireless) device to deliver left ventricular endocardial pacing (LVEP)—offering a more physiological approach that mimics the heart’s natural electrical activation by stimulating the endocardial tissue inside the left ventricle. This expands treatment options for heart failure patients who have exhausted conventional therapies and are not good candidates for traditional pacing devices with leads.
