Deborah Among the First in NJ to use TIGEREYE Device

Led by Deborah interventional specialist Dr. Vincent Varghese, the Hospital’s interventional team was one of the first in New Jersey to use the new TIGEREYE device. As the next step in treating chronic total occlusions of the peripheral arteries, TIGEREYE improves on image-guided systems outfitted with a highly controlled tip for performing precise crossing of completely blocked leg arteries. Increased visibility, combined with a more highly-refined catheter, allows the interventional team expanded opportunities to clear blocked arteries and improve blood flow for Deborah patients.
