Separate sealed bids for the construction of a new 3-story vertical expansion (approximately 48,400 square feet total) of an existing 2-story building, the renovation of three (3) existing patient care units (approximately 20,600 square feet total) – BID ALTERNATE No. 01, the renovation of a Cardiac Catheterization Lab (approximately 600 square feet total) – BID ALTERNATE No. 02, and the renovation of an Electrophysiology Lab (approximately 600 square feet total) – BID ALTERNATE No. 03, will be received by the Owner – Deborah Heart and Lung Center – at the office of Joseph Manni, EVP & COO, until 12:00pm (noon) EDT, September 15, 2021. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at Deborah Heart and Lung Center at 3:00pm EDT on September 15, 2021. The Architect / Engineer for the Project is:
