Jim Andrews is an accomplished healthcare executive with over two decades of experience in leading strategic initiatives and heart and vascular service line success. Currently serving as the President and CEO of Deborah Heart and Lung Center, he is committed to advancing the institution’s reputation as a leader in cardiovascular and pulmonary care.

Before joining Deborah, Jim was the Senior Vice President for Heart & Vascular and Neuroscience Service Lines at RWJBarnabas Health. In this role, he managed a $1.7 billion portfolio across 12 hospitals and 30 practice locations, driving significant improvements in clinical outcomes and operational efficiency. His earlier career at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, a Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, included key leadership roles where he spearheaded strategic planning and financial management for the institution’s first dedicated Heart & Vascular Center.

Jim holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College. His expertise and contributions to the healthcare industry have earned him recognition, and he currently serves as a member of the Vizient^® Cardiovascular Service Line Strategic Network and the New Jersey American Heart Association.
