Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Peanut butter and bananas are always great together, and they just got tastier in this high-calcium smoothie. A delicious way to start the morning, this peanut butter smoothie is a healthy snack too.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 frozen sliced ripe large banana
  • 1 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt (gluten free if needed)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine milk, ice, honey, peanut butter, nutmeg and banana and blend for 2 minutes, or until smooth. Add yogurt and process until blended.
