- 1 box (16oz.) angel food cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups Diet V8® Splash Berry Blend
- 6 cups cut-up fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
- 1 1/2 cups light whipped topping
Prep Time: 10 min. Cook Time: 40 min.
Preheat oven 350°F. Mix cake mix and Splash according to pkg. directions, substituting Splash for water. Pour into 10” tube pan.
Bake 40 min. or until crust is golden brown and cracked. Hang pan upside down on heatproof glass bottle until completely cool, about 1 1/2 hrs.
Cut cake into 24 slices. For each serving, place 1 cake slice on serving plate, top with 1/4 cup berries and 1 tbsp. whipped topping, top with another cake slice, 1/4 cup berries and 1 tbsp. whipped topping. Repeat with remaining cake slices, berries and whipped topping. Serves 12.
