"If they developed a overall model of the perfect doctor, there is no doubt in my mind it would mirror Dr Palmer. She is an insightful, well mannered, responsive and engaging diagnostician. Where many cardiologists are dismissive, Dr. Palmer goes to great lengths to find and correct the cardiac issues that plague patients. On top of that, she always promptly answers questions directly from inquiries made by phone, portal, or email. All in all, you couldn't ask for a better physician."

"Dr. Bullock-Palmer was very attentive and action oriented which is what I was looking for after having my 4th open-heart surgery in June of 2020. Grateful for her expertise and her willingness to go the extra mile to make sure I am as healthy as can be."

"Dr. Palmer is an outstanding cardiologist at Deborah Heart and Lung Center. She is the only reason I travel 70 mins to Deborah Heart and Lung. Her expertise in cardiology potentially saved my life. She identified a 50% blockage in my heart LAD. I’ve seen several other cardiologist for shortness of breath and chest pain and they did not identify my blockage within several years period prior to seeing Dr. Palmer. Oh, she is excellent in responding back to messages sent via the Deborah portal. The only issue I have is that it appears that she is very busy, and you can pick that up. However she still provides the time that is needed to address any concerns or issues."
