We’ve partnered with RepuGen, a leading independent patient satisfaction company to collect and calculate our survey data. They survey all patients who are seen in our outpatient clinic within 24 hours of their visit. Patients are asked to complete the survey and provide comments about the care they received, which we use to improve and enhance our care.
Patients are asked to rate their experience on a scale from 0 to 10, with 0 being poor and 10 being excellent. Our provider average is 9.6/10, which we have extrapolated to 4.8/5 on a typical 5-star rating system.
