Deborah is hosting a community Peripheral Artery Disease screening for qualified participants. You may qualify for this Peripheral Artery Disease screening event if:

• You are an adult under 50 years of age, with diabetes, and also at least one of these risk factors:
  • • History of smoking
    • Abnormal cholesterol
    • High blood pressure
• You are aged 50 years or older with diabetes
• You are aged 50 years or older and a current or former smoker
• You are aged 70 years or older
• You have one or more symptoms of PAD

If one or more of these criteria apply to you, you qualify to be screened for PAD. Call 609-496-5929 to RSVP for the screening, which includes an ankle-brachial index, a painless test that compares blood pressure in the ankles with blood pressure in the arms and can indicate if you have PAD.
