“My experience with the Administration, Physicians, Nurses, and Staff — as well as the entire environment at Deborah – has been so wonderful! I come to the Board not just with my syllabus of achievements, but with my faith and heart. I hope to bring to the Board my refreshing spirit of hope and I am very appreciative of the welcome that has been given to me. Board Member Anthony Lipari, FCM, is a Friar of the Franciscan Community of Mercy and serves as Pastor of Good Shepherd American National Catholic Church in the Toms River area, additionally providing Grief Counseling throughout Ocean County. Father Anthony is also an Interfaith Funeral Celebrant for SCI/Dignity Funeral Homes in NJ and NY.
He brings a spiritual component, as well as his previous work in various health care environments, to his Board service.
Father Anthony holds Undergraduate and Master’s Degrees in Education, as well as Master’s and Doctorate Degrees in Pastoral Ministry. He has served for many years as Chaplain to Police, Fire and EMS Departments and ministered in the fields of Religious Education; Youth Ministry; HIV/AIDS Ministry; Spiritual Direction and Bereavement Counseling.
